Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing men’s fashion items.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management.
- Manage both electronic and manual record-keeping systems efficiently.
- Promote and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process online sales and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of LUKU.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Form Four (O-level) education.
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in the use of POS systems.
- Computer literate with knowledge of electronic and manual record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Enthusiastic and customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
