Returns Policy

At LUKU, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product, and we aim to make this process as straightforward as possible. Here are the guidelines for our returns policy:

Returns Period

  • Any returns should be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
  • The products being returned must be in unused, undamaged, and the same condition as when they were originally shipped or purchased, including all labels. They should be in a saleable condition.
  • Ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.

Information for Processing Returns

  • When requesting a return, please provide your account or mobile number and the order number, if applicable. This will help expedite the return processing.
  • We kindly request that you follow the designated return procedure to ensure a smooth and complication-free process.

Return Timeline   

Make arrangements for the returned products to reach our warehouse within 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

Please note that certain products, due to hygiene reasons, fall under the non-returnable category. These include Boxers, Vests, Socks, Ties, Belts, intimate wear, swimwear, perfumes, and jewelry.

Return Costs

  • Any costs associated with returning a product will not be reimbursed.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges for sending back the products for exchange. The exchanged items should be of the same value as the ones originally purchased.

Conditions for Rejection   

  • We reserve the right to reject any form of exchange in the absence of the original receipt (Hard Copy or Electronic).
  • Returns that are long overdue or items that have been used, washed, customized, perfumed, or altered in any way affecting their original state may also be rejected.

Sale Items

Products bought on SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.

Exchange Policy

Once an exchange is processed, no further returns or exchanges for the same item will be accepted.
