Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Drive sales and achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and attractive.
- Assist with stock handling and merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve store goals.
- Maintain honesty and accountability in all transactions.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 22 years of age or above.
- Must have completed Form Four (KCSE).
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
- Previous sales experience in any field is an added advantage.
- Experience in fashion, clothing, boutique, or retail sales will be highly preferred.
- Must be willing to work from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM in a busy retail environment.
- Must be a quick learner and easy to train.
- Must be a strong team player.
- Must possess high levels of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
